Following the tremendous success of Infinite Horizon: The Campaign for Emma Willard School—the largest known campaign for an independent girls' secondary school in American history—this is an extraordinary moment of opportunity and momentum.

With the arrival of our new Head of School, Dr. Karen Lassey, in July 2025, Emma is embarking on an exciting new stage in its development. Our new Head of Advancement will craft the next chapter of philanthropic growth at Emma, partnering with Dr. Lassey, our highly engaged Board of Trustees and our inclusive community to ensure Emma continues to flourish well into its third century.

An excellent remuneration package commensurate with the importance of the role and the education and experience of the candidate will be offered. The salary range for this role is $275,000 - $325,000.
